IMM 35th Annual General Meeting

IMM will be having the 35th Annual General Meeting (AGM) online on 21st March 2025 at 3.00 p.m. The agenda of the meeting is as follows:

  1. Adoption of the agenda
  2. President’s address
  3. To approve the minutes of the 34th Annual General Meeting (*)
  4. To receive and adopt the 2024 report of the council presented by the Honorary Secretary of IMM (*)
  5. To receive and adopt the 2024 statement of accounts presented by the Honorary Treasurer of IMM (*)
  6. Tabling the appointment of Internal & External Auditor(s) for 2025 by the Honorary Treasurer of IMM
  7. Any other matters

(*) can be accessed electronically on the IMM website (www.iomm.org.my) after 10 February 2025

All members of IMM are cordially invited to the meeting.

Those who would like to join the meeting, please confirm your attendance by submitting the completed Reply Slip to IMM Secretariat. For those who are not able to join the meeting but would like to delegate their voting power to a representative (another IMM member), please complete the Proxy Voting Form and submit it to IMM Secretariat. All completed forms must be submitted via email to secretariat@iomm.org.my  BEFORE 12.00 p.m. on 7th March 2025.
