IMM accredited courses are recognized in oil and gas, shipbuilding, construction industries, etc. Some of the IMM courses are endorsed by PETRONAS. Graduates of IMM courses get supplementary knowledge in materials technology and engineering and are better placed for employment and usually enjoy higher remunerations. IMM training courses are Human Resource Development Fund (HRDF) claimable, with applicable terms and conditions.
